CGA Policies

  1. General rules for all classes:
    1. Girls MUST wear a leotard.  Gymnastics leos are available for purchase in our Pro Shop.
    2. Hair must be tied back.
    3. Boys wear T-shirt and shorts or sweat pants. No zippers, snaps, or belts.
    4. Socks and shoes should be put in the cubbies. No shoes in the gym.
    5. No jewelry.
    6. No food, drinks, or gum in the gym.
    7. Parents must be enrolled in a class or attending a Birthday Party to enter the gym. Parents are not allowed on equipment.
    8. If you are observing a class, please stay in the viewing area provided.
    9. Parents are not allowed in the gym. If you need to speak to your child, please ask the secretary to get him or her.
    10. Students should not play gymnastics in the lobby or Parent Viewing Area. Gymnasts must follow directions in class. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN INJURY!
  2. All children must be supervised by a parent before and after class time. No running in the lobby or Parent Viewing Area.  Children not attending class must be supervised in the Parent Viewing Area, in our outdoor playground, or at Watch Me Play.
  3. Please drop your children off as close to class time as possible, and pick them up as close to finishing time as possible. Children who come early and leave late create a crowding problem, which in turn, presents a safety problem. You may pull up directly in front of the door if your child is waiting. Please do not block parking lot drive through. Children are not allowed to run across the parking lot to your car.
  4. Make-up classes are Saturday at 9 AM.
  5. Automatic monthly payment is available! Please see the front desk to register.
  6. We assume you are enrolled unless and until you notify the office by filling out the Drop/Transfer form.  We are reserving your child's spot in class.
  • Tuition is due before the 1st of each month. You may mail in, pay with a credit card over the phone, or use the Customer Portal, if you won't be able to make it to the gym in time.
  • Regular office hours are Monday—Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Summer hours may be different.
