Q. Can I start at any time?
A. Yes! We have 2 sessions: School Year (September – end of May), and Summer (June, July, August). We assume you are enrolled for the entire session unless you let us know in writing that you are dropping.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. Online registration is the most efficient. Simply go to the program that is age appropriate for your child and click “Register” for the program you want. Follow the prompts. All students must sign up for each session, Summer & School Year. Each child’s annual (non-refundable) $40 registration fee will be charged to your account when due.
Q. What do the children wear in class?
A. All girls MUST wear a leotard-NO EXCEPTIONS! A leotard is a one piece outfit that we sell in our proshop. Boys wear shorts or sweatpants, and a t-shirt. All gymnasts go barefoot for safety – no socks! Long hair must be tied back.
Q. What is the make up policy?
A. We trust that you will make every effort to attend the class your child is registered for. If you must miss a class, please call the gym to find an appropriate class to make up in, based on space availability. Classes must be made up within 2 weeks of missing, and you must be currently enrolled. Make ups do not roll over to another session. Some classes do not have make ups: TEAM, Tiny Team, Pre-Team, Cheerleading, Boys Class; in that case you are allowed a coupon for 1 free hour at Parents Night Out.
Q. What is the payment policy?
A. Your tuition reserves your child’s place in class, and is charged immediately upon registration. We don’t require the entire session to be paid at once; instead, we operate on a convenient monthly auto-pay system. After School Program & Gym & Learn is automatically debited every week, in advance. All tuition payments need to be guaranteed with a credit card, debit card, or checking account number, kept on file in our secure computer class management system. While we always accept cash, checks, and credit card payments before the tuition due date, all unpaid tuition balances will be automatically debited from your account on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month.
Q. What if my child wants to quit before the session is over?
A. There are 2 ways to drop: fill out the form in the office, or notify us by going to “Contact Us” on our website and letting us know your drop date. This must be done before we charge your account on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month. Remember, your annual registration fee is good for a full year from the date you paid, so if you decide to come back within that time, your registration is still in effect. There are no refunds or credits issued once we have run the tuition charges for the month. Once the month has begun, you are in the class for the entire month, regardless of attendance, except for Medical conditions. For medical conditions verified by a doctor’s note, we will issue a prorated credit or refund based on the date we receive the doctor’s note.
